We built this after doing our own move from New York: finding the county form, booking a notary, standing at the clerk, and then realizing the Declaration was only the first exhibit. Domicile Filings is the filing desk we wanted — document preparation, online notarization, and a record you can keep.

How we handle your data

For one-time buyers, raw intake data auto-deletes 180 days after delivery. The recorded Declaration and audit binder stay in the vault. The dashboard shows the countdown. Domicile Watch keeps records indefinitely. Subscribers are exempt because service is ongoing.
