We collect the information needed to prepare, notarize, and record your documents, and to provide address and mail services if you subscribe. One-time intake data auto-deletes 180 days after delivery unless you keep Domicile Watch. Recorded documents remain in your vault.

Domicile Filings is a document preparation, notarization, and address service operated by Certified Service Bureau LLC. We are not a law firm, CPA firm, or government agency and do not provide legal or tax advice. You can file a Declaration of Domicile yourself with your county clerk for the county's recording fee (typically $10). Whether a state treats you as a resident is decided by that state's tax authority; residents of California, New York, New Mexico, South Carolina, and Virginia should consult a tax professional before relying on a change of domicile.
